Refund policy

RETURN AND EXCHANGES. For Items purchased online, returns, and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at mozacollectibles@gmail.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include your order number and your reason for the return or exchange. Returns or exchanges that are shipped without authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping on items that are being returned or exchanged will be paid for by the customer. If an item arrives damaged due to carrier negligence, then supporting pictures or evidence must be submitted to us in order to initiate a claim.

 

ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items: Clearance/Damaged items, Pre-Orders/Signings, and Gift Cards are not eligible for return/exchange. Due to the nature of signings, in-stock/pre-order items that arrive with minor dings, dents, or tears (unless otherwise stated) are not eligible either. If a signing is canceled then a full refund will be issued. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at our discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy. 

 

CONDITION OF ITEMS. Except for the items that arrive damaged, items must be in new, used, and in saleable condition. All returns/exchanges must be received in the original condition we mailed them in.

 

FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds, if issued, will be issued in the original form of payment minus shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise stated. If the original form of payment is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion. If an item arrives damaged and a claim is initiated, then the claim must be resolved before a refund is issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed once we receive your return or exchange.

RESTOCKING FEE. Except for items that returned/exchanged for being damaged, to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking certain items, a restocking fee of 15% may be assessed. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
